Challenging problems in horticultural and forest pathology, Solan, India, 14 to 15 November 2003 Abstract: A laboratory experiment was conducted to screen different fungal and bacterial isolates, i.e. Trichoderma viride, Bacillus sp., Pseudomonas flourescens [Pseudomonas fluorescens] and a soil isolate of Agrobacterium tumefaciens by prick inoculation of the stem of 25-day-old tomato plants. Subsequently, the pathogenic A. tumefaciens isolate was applied on the same wounds at 24 h after inoculation of the different antagonists. No galls developed on the tomato stem. No development of galls or retarded growth of galls was considered as a positive sign towards the antagonistic activity of the tested microorganisms. http://www.cababstractsplus.org/abst...No=20053203349 http://www.i-sis.org.uk/full/GMMINAFull.php http://books.google.com.tr/books?id=...esult&resnum=6 Düzenleyen Oğuz Alper : 21-06-2009 saat 02:10 Neden: eksik |
