Siteye yeni üye oldum ve elimde tohum olarak 2 adet Japanese Red Maple ve 2 adet Zelkova Serrata var. Ben bunları yetiştirmek konusunda sizden yardım talep edeceğim. Tohumları yurt dışından getirtiğim için bir bilgi vermişler ama az ingilizcem ile çevirmeye çalıştım. Bana bu konuda yardımcı olursanız sevinirim.

Germination Instructions:
1. Step: Scarification:
Seeds need to be scarified to facilitate germination. Place seeds in hot water for 24-48 hours, let water cool down. As an option, you can renew the hot water after 24 hours.
2. Step: Stratification:
Optional: Warm stratification at roomtemperature for 60 days. Place seeds in moist medium (sand/peat/vermiculite) in ziplock bag or a container. Seeds must go in dormancy for 90-120 days before being ready for germination. To achieve dormancy, you place your ziplock containing the seeds in the fridge.
3. Step: Sowing:
After the stratification period, seeds can now be sow outside or in container.
The Natural Way: Sow In Fall
As an option, you can sow the seeds in fall, leaving to nature the scarification and stratification process. The steps will achieve themselves in winter, and the next spring you should have seedlings, as soon as the weather allows it.
